AIMS was established in 2003 by its current principal, Peter Varney. Peter previously worked in the Financial Services Industry for over 25 years, predominantly dealing with mortgages and life assurance. Pete is a keen sportsman and has been a lifelong supporter (sufferer) of Aldershot Town FC. His real sporting passion however, is cricket and in his spare time he looks after two cricket grounds and spends countless hours watching the game he has always loved. His other real passion is his Golden Retriever (Fifer) who goes just about everywhere with Pete, whether that be his office, the cricket grounds, a walk in the country or his local pub.
