Sarah Small is a Trainee Mortgage Adviser who joined AIMS in June 2021 and has now successfully achieved her full CeMap qualifications. Previously, Sarah worked in the retail industry and has over 20 years of customer service and management experience. Sarah is passionate about customer service and offers a supportive and friendly approach to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.
Sarah is a keen walker and in particular loves exploring the Highlands of Scotland and has been lucky enough to have had several trips to the Orkneys and the Isle of Mull. This is an ideal place for her to enjoy one of her favourite pastimes, birdwatching.
Sarah also loves watching all films and horror ones are by far her favourite! Sarah enjoys watching many sports on TV including Darts and Formula 1, a new hobby is understanding the world of football and supports Tottenham Hotspur.
